This Disclaimer applies to all content on primevistaa.com and to services provided by Prime Vistaa Holidays ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms of this Disclaimer, in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Information Only

The content on our website — including package descriptions, itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and destination information — is provided for general informational purposes and to assist you in planning your travel. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and current, travel-related information (fares, hotel availability, visa requirements, entry rules, exchange rates) can change without notice, and we do not guarantee that all information on our website is complete, accurate, or up to date at the time you view it.

Your confirmed booking voucher or final itinerary — not the website listing — is the controlling document for what is included in your tour.

2. Pricing

  • Prices displayed on our website are indicative and based on rates available at the time of publishing or quotation, and are subject to change before a booking is confirmed, due to supplier rate revisions, currency fluctuations, seasonal surcharges, or changes in applicable taxes.
  • The price is locked only once your booking is confirmed and the applicable advance payment (per our Payment Policy) is received.
  • Additional charges (visa fees, travel insurance, optional excursions, personal expenses, tips, and porterage, unless explicitly included) are not reflected in headline package prices unless stated.

3. Images & Visual Content

Photographs, videos, room images, vehicle images, and other visual representations on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual hotels, rooms, vehicles, and views may differ from what is depicted, depending on availability, season, renovation status, or the specific property/vehicle allotted to you.

4. Third-Party Services & Suppliers

We work with independent third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, destination management companies (DMCs), local transport operators, tour guides, and activity providers — to deliver your travel arrangements. These suppliers operate under their own terms, conditions, safety standards, and policies, which are beyond our control.

  • We select suppliers with reasonable care but do not control, and are not responsible for, their day-to-day operations, service quality inconsistencies, or unilateral changes made by them.
  • Any dispute regarding the specific conduct of a supplier (e.g., a hotel's on-ground service, an airline's delay, or a local guide's conduct) should also be raised with that supplier directly, in addition to informing us, and we will assist in escalating the matter where appropriate.

5. Visa, Immigration & Entry Requirements

  • Visa approval, immigration clearance, and permission to enter or transit any country or territory are determined solely by the concerned government, embassy, or immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, expedited processing, or entry, even where we assist with visa facilitation.
  • Visa and entry requirements can change with little or no notice. It is your responsibility to confirm current requirements applicable to your nationality and travel dates, in addition to any information we provide.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from visa refusal, delayed processing, denied entry, or a change in entry requirements announced after booking.

6. Health, Safety & Travel Advisories

  • We recommend that travellers check government travel advisories, vaccination requirements, and health guidelines applicable to their destination before departure.
  • Travellers with pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or specific dietary/medical needs should inform us in advance so we can attempt to make suitable arrangements; however, availability of such arrangements cannot always be guaranteed and depends on supplier capability.
  • We are not a medical or travel-health authority, and nothing on our website or in our communications should be treated as medical advice.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and force majeure-related disruptions. Travel insurance is optional unless mandated by a specific destination's entry requirements, and, unless separately purchased through us, is not automatically included in your package. We are not the insurer, and any insurance claim is subject to the terms of the insurance provider's policy, not this Disclaimer or our Terms & Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We act as a booking agent/tour operator facilitating arrangements with independent suppliers, and our liability is limited to the reasonable care exercised in selecting and coordinating those suppliers.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or costs incurred due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see our Force Majeure clause in the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy).
  • Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian consumer protection law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, booking engines, or payment gateways for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party website. Visiting a linked website is at your own risk, and any transaction you enter into with a third party is solely between you and that party.
